• Returns period: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Exceptions: Custom-ordered items and products that have been installed/used cannot be returned.

• Process:

   

  1. Email us at info@norstonparts.com with your order number to request a return authorization.

  2. Once authorized, send the items to the return address below.

• Refunds: After inspection of the returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
